Christmas Party

Happy Thanksgiving week friends!

Even though it’s Thanksgiving week we are only a few weeks away from our annual Christmas Party.

We will be meeting at the library and will have Room B only this year.

Since the time of the party (3-5pm) does not surround a meal time this year I’ve decided to have a dessert and appetizer dishes instead.

if you’re interested in participating in a gift exchange please read below.

Edit: We will have 4 separate gift exchanges.

They will be white elephant style Gift exchanges. Regifting is also a

great idea 😊

1) teens- bring a wrapped gift

2) boys 12 and under - bring a wrapped gift

3) girls 12 and under - bring a wrapped gift

4) moms - bring a wrapped ornament

I will be reading a nativity left-right poem during the kids and teens exchange. Kids will circle up and pass the gifts in the ‘right’ direction. I will need some assistance with the kids during this time .

We are having a cooking decorating station. I will need a few moms to help with this as well.

i will need the following this station to happen:

- baked cookies to decorate

- icing to spread on cookies

- sprinkles / little candies and gel tubes for decorating cookies

- wet wipes for hands

- volunteers to run the station

Crafts : if anyone is interested in putting together a small craft please let me know. If I do not get a volunteer for this we will not be doing one as I’m not that crafty. If your interested please list items in a separate WIX post.

The following items are needed:

- plates and napkins

- silverware

- cups

- drinks

- table clothes

*Each family is asked to bring an appetizer and/or dessert to share. We are asking no nuts again*

1)how many will be coming and what dish your bringing to share

2)if your participating in gift exchanges if so how many kids and category

3) if you are able to bring any listed items

4) if you can volunteer in any of the stations listed above.
