Christmas Party

Hello! We have officially booked a private party for Thursday, December 7th at Brunswick Skate Station (1261 Industrial Pkwy N Brunswick 44212) from 6-8pm! This will be our Christmas party for all of our MCHF families! There will be staff available to hand out skates, DJ, floor guard and run the snack bar. We can also bring our own food & do a potluck option if everyone would be ok with it. 

For example, if you sign up to attend, we can do a signup genius to bring : Main Course/Appetizer/Snack/Drinks/Desserts to share. Once we know how many people are attending, we can give an idea of the price per family & how much you would need to bring for the food item you select!

I can have the music tailored to what would be appropriate for our group and also mix in some holiday music too.

The rental fee that we collect money for is just for the use of the rink, it does not include rental skates or rollerblades. Skates are $2 and blades are $4 & you will pay for skates at the door if you need them. 

I am also thinking about doing some light decorating to make it a little festive 🙃

We are working out the details of everything else as we go, but it should not be more than $10-$20 per family depending on participation levels.

October 12th- commitment date for # attending

November 9th- money due to me

If one or 2 people are available to help setup / decorate & clean up afterwards, that would be great 😊
