Hey All!

Due to me not getting my act together and supporting Wade (14) earlier in the summer for his business venture, I let him raise a double batch of chickens August-October. 😅

This is his second year raising heritage meat chickens on pasture via a chicken tractor he helped build. Besides grass and bugs, his chickens eat non-GMO chicken feed from an Ohio company that genetically tests their feed for quality control.

Like all farming ventures, he put up ALL his own capital up front to fund the purchase, feeding, and processing of his chickens.

Now that all our regulars have bought (love love love them! lol) and I still need to help Wade sell 13 more chickens since he isn’t allowed his own social media yet. Next year he HAS to have a marketing plan cuz momma can’t handle this stress. 😂

Here are the details. Chickens are whole, farm processed, and $5.00 lb.

We have whole chickens in the following sizes:

4 lb (9 left)

4.5 lb (1 left)

5 lb (1 left)

They can be picked up at our farm OR I can set up a time this week to run them into Medina and meet up in a parking lot for pick up for the group (like Wednesday A.M. with Mosaic and Rock Climbing going on). If you are farther away I can deliver for an additional $5.00.

Fantastically tasty and easy to cook. We have an easy spatchcock recipe on our website. Don’t forget to make chicken broth with the carcass!
