Zion lutheran church on Abbeyville Rd. in Valley City is hosting their annual passion walk next weekend both Saturday and Sunday evening 6:15-8 (ends at 8 so I recommend arriving by 7:30).

This is a great family event where you are guided throughout the church to see the scenes of Holy week acted out. The crucifixion scene is in the auditorium and is hard for little ones to see, so either have your child close their eyes when they ask you to turn and see Jesus on the cross, have them sit that scene out or only take older children.

The event is well done and is free!! There are some cool activities for the kids to watch as you wait for your turn to walk through the scenes. There are also lots of amazing cookies they set out to enjoy :).
