EDIT: We are nearing maximum capacity for this trip. We have room for around 5 more people if there is any more interest. Please come prepared with $7 per family, or you can Venmo me @kayleigh-deeks. If everyone who says they are coming attends, we will be a few dollars over, which I well then give to Nicole to use towards the group funds. I think this way if we have a couple no-shows, we'll still be able to cover the cost of the trip.
Join us for an awesome tour at Queen Right Colonies in Spencer. We will have the chance to tour their farm animals including deer, goats, alpacas and more. We will also be shown around the bird cages which include pigeons, peacocks, etc. We will get to look inside a beehive and learn how the hive works. And last but not least, there is a small exotic reptile room available for tour for those who are interested.
It is certainly not required participate in the apiary portion of the tour for those who may be scared of bees.
The trip will cost $50, so please let me know if you are planning on coming so we can get an idea of how much it will cost per family. There is a 40 person cap on this trip.
