Events & Field Trips

I have scheduled a field trip for a tour of the Quicken Loans Arena followed by a Monsters Game. (They are playing against the Toronto Marlies.) Below is the outline of the program:

Friday, November 2nd – Cost $12 or $16 per person (this will depend on what inventory is available at the time we place our deposit)

4:00pm-5:00pm : Tour of the Q (about 45 minutes)

• See all of the new club spaces – learn about the Q Transformation project

• Cavs Practice Court

• Event Level – Zambonis, walk past locker rooms (chance to see some players)

• Guest speakers?? (not confirmed yet)

5:30pm – Doors for Monsters game open – puck drop is at 7:00pm

If there is anything you would like me to add, please let me know!

In order to reserve all of these experiences and the block of tickets, I have to give them a $100 deposit, so if you sign up for this field trip, you will be submitting your payment to me. (I will follow-up with a due date.)

We need at least 10 people. Once I have 10 people confirmed, I will submit the deposit. The sooner we can do this, the better, so if you'd like to participate, please let me know by Monday, October 22, how many people in your family will be going. Parents and students are welcomed to attend.

I am waiting on a response as to the parking fee, and will post information once I have it.
