Fun Fall Activities
These are not planned events but I really know the vendors and farms would use your support.
This weekend there is the Fall Foliage Tour and one of the farms is Pine Crest Farm right here in Spencer. They have wagon rides, pumpkins and mums, and a corn pit for kids, etc. This family is trying to get back from the Covid shut downs and would love the community support. They have a beautiful shop and greenhouse. Pine Crest Farm also has a feed store and I try to buy my feed from the local farm store vs the big box stores.
Then there is the Chatham Apple Butter Festival happening tomorrow. I am sure they had a hard day with the rain.
Then next weekend is the Foggy Bottom Farm fall event that includes $5 unlimited pony rides.
I know how hard these farms and communities are working to keep going after shut downs and inflation. If you are free they would love the support.
Looove Fall Foliage Tour time! Weโll try to visit Pine Crest tomorrow. Have fond memories of going there on tours past with Joshua when he was little! And Foggy Bottom farm is always at Yankee Peddler each year with their animals. Very nice people! ๐ Thank you for posting, Lauren.
