Not too long ago, another member and I were discussing this topic and she was very interested in listening (or reading) and learning more.  I decided to post it for everyone in case anyone else has an interest.   

Scott and I read the four-part series on this topic, as well as watched the hour video.  I highly recommend taking the time to watch (in my opinion).  😊
