Std. of Conduct & Field Trip Waiver Forms
I just electronically sent you all the Standard of Conduct and Field Trip Waiver forms for your electronic signatures.
I've smoothed out the process in that you will no longer be required to sign these forms on a yearly basis. I edited the forms so that your signature now applies for the duration of your membership.
However, if you leave the group and rejoin at a future date, you will have to resign the forms.
Please let me know if you don't receive the Eversign email with the forms, or if you have any problem accessing it. If you need changes made for the roster, such as an address or phone number change, please let me know and I will send the roster form separately.
As soon as I receive your signed forms and your donation, I'll add your name to the list in a future post here on the forum, so you'll know I received it.
Remember, both the forms and donations are due by our kick-off picnic date in August (picnic date TBD).
