Harvest Party

Hello everyone: I have the pleasure of coordinating this years Harvest Party. This we’ll be a great time with food, fellowship and fun!! Date: November 7, 2019 Time: 11:30-3:00 Place: Medina Library bottom floor rooms A & B I’m asking everyone to arrive a little early to set up and then we will eat around 11:45 so food doesn’t get cold. What you need to bring to help: A table cloth (disposable or cloth), and you could send me what you are bringing to share (drinks, dessert, side dish or main dish) so I can post a list periodically. Other needs: - 2 people to coordinate crafts for the young kids, bring materials needed or ask others to help them in this area and maybe help run them (Not sure if teens will volunteer or adults) - 2 people to coordinate games for the teens and bring or ask others to help them bring stuff needed for games - 1 person to bless the food Please let me know ASAP what you are able to help with thanks. PLEASE NO NUTS, for safety of all. What you need to do now: Email me at SUSYQ39@GMAIL.COM or text me at 330-636-1589 with what food you are bringing and what help with, how many people coming.
