Service Projects

We have an opportunity to help one of our members, Beth Pamer.

Due to personal reasons, she and her children have to move from their current home into a home that needs a lot of interior work before they can live there. As such, she and her kids could really use some helping hands.

Some of the things that need to be done include:

• Ripping out carpet

• Moving furniture from one room to another

• Cleaning kitchen cupboards & appliances

I would like to schedule a teen service project date for Feeding Medina County.

There are two ways we can serve. Option 1 is to do a Group Pack Day: "Your organization or group can help pack bags together! It generally takes 15 people to pack."

Option 2: Volunteer for their Food Distribution: "Join us on the third Thursday of every month at the Medina County Fair Grounds, from 6am – 9am. Help package and fill trunks with food." The last two 2020 dates for this is this Thursday, November 19, and December 17 (although another parent would have to be there on 12/17 as I can't make it that day), otherwise, we'd do this in 2021.

Parents can help with Option 2 and they can fill in with Option 1 if we don't have enough teens.
