Valentine's Party

Hi friends!

We will be having our Valentines Day party next Thursday February 3rd 3-5pm.

It is at the library rooms A&B.

Our goal for the party is simple and easy.

We are requesting finger foods only if possible. 3 sweets

3 salty

2 fruit

2 veggie

We need one person to bring a package of white lunch bags . Enough for 1 per child to decorate. (a few extras won’t hurt either!)

We have drinks and paper products already covered.

We have foam hearts and crayons and markers, glue and cut hearts covered. We can use a few more items if you want to bring some or any other decorating items you have . Please NO glitter!!

The plan is to have the kids decorate bags and bring Valentines ALREADY filled out And signed.

Once the bags are decorated then have kids drop the valentines in the bags.

We are not planning any other formal activity at this time.

It‘s basically very simple just eat .. decorate bags and then hang out and play games.

We do plan on bringing some simple board and card games for the kids as well.

We will have plenty of space to spread out this time as we both A & B rooms. Please bring a game if you have one kids will enoy.

The goal is simple to make it easy on all.

The kids and us moms and dads always just enjoy hanging out. So it’s more of a social time then a huge planned party with lots of structure.

Please respond with the following information by NEXT MONDAY. So the kids can have enough time to prepare enough Valentines.

1) How many kids will be there ?

2) food item ? Please check

thread so we do not have too many of one and not enough of another . ( ex; sweet #1, Veggie #2)

TEENS ? do we have a volunteer to plan their activities at the party? They are welcome to do valentine exchange too.
