Welcome New Members

Please help me welcome the Bruno, Dibler, Hendricks, Jungeberg, and LaCross families to our group.  They just received access to our site and are excited to start checking things out.  Yay!  😊

Ashlea Bruno and her husband Nick are currently relocating to the area from Rapid City, SD.  They have homeschooled their oldest daughter, Evelyn {9} since 2020 (tail end of kindergarten).  She will be entering 4th grade this fall and is very intrigued with science and history and is an avid reader. Fiona {7} is entering 2nd grade and couldn't be more different. She loves all things animals, pet rescue, and she also loves cheer.  In addition to being a stay-at-home-mother, Ashlea also teaches English online with Eastern Gateway Community College.  She has helped coordinate several parties with their prior homeschooling coop (on the Black Hills) including an annual Valentine’s Day party. They are looking forward to new friendships and fellowship with the Ohio homeschooling community. 😊

Vickie Dibler and her husband Rich live in Brunswick and have four boys: Corbin {10}, Adrick {8}, Christian {5}, and Dawson {4}.  This past school year was their first year homeschooling their two older boys.  Their younger boys will attend Rise & Shine in Brunswick for Kindergarten and PreK this fall.  All the boys enjoy playing soccer, and the two oldest are in the 4H Train club.  They love being active and out of the house when not doing school.  They also attend First Baptist Church of Medina and love teaching their children about Jesus! 😊

Jennifer Hendricks is a former public-school teacher turned homeschooling mom.  She and her husband Keith moved to Ohio a little over two years ago and are living in Norton.  Their daughter Victoria {8} and son Parker {6} have been homeschooled from the start.  They have not been involved in a co-op or homeschool group before, but felt like it was time to extend their community past family and church friends.  Jennifer loves that our group offers the opportunity to be a part of planning and enjoying field trips and activities, while also not having an unmanageable commitment level.  They are very excited to get started with MedinaCHF and get connected with other homeschool families.  😊

Courtney Jungeberg and her husband Zeb live in Medina with their two sons, Lincoln {8} and Landon {5} and their dog and cat.  They are active members in their church, and Courtney is also a volunteer teacher for the Awana children and youth discipleship program at First Baptist Church in Medina.  They are thrilled to join our group, and are especially looking forward to the social time and are excited to help plan events.  😊     

Brandy LaCross and her husband Joel live in Medina and have three daughters (Vivian {8}, Evelyn {6}, and Adaline {4}) plus, another one on the way!  They are a homeschooling family currently using the Charlotte Mason style approach, and really enjoy exploring nature.  Moving from Michigan to Medina this past May, they are very excited to join our group for fellowship & connection. They love Jesus and everything they do revolves around Him. 😊
